AIA Workers’ Comp Program – National Liability & Fire

Every insured employer is mailed a complete claims packet immediately upon policy issuance. Included are all instructions, necessary claims forms, and proper notices for posting at the place of business.

To Process a Claim in a Timely Manner:

Report all work related injuries to ACA as soon as they occur or as soon as the employer becomes aware of them.
Toll-free fax 1-800-988-4722, or email to submit First Reports of Injury, bills, and other information related to the claim.
Refer all medical authorization requests to ACA toll-free at 1-800-388-6268.
Communicate with the employee and ACA throughout the claim.
Have some light duty available for restricted duty.
Advise ACA when the employee returns to work.

Contact the GUARD claims department at:
